  2. You need 1 cup besan
  3. Take 1/2 tsp haldi
  4. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp ajwain
  6. Provide to taste Salt
  7. Get 1/2 tsp baking powder
  8. Get 1 tsp oil
  9. Take as required Oil for frying
  10. Get 1 cup cold thick whipped curd
  11. Get 2 tbsp sweet imli chutney
  12. Get 2 tbsp green chutney
  13. Provide 1 tsp red chilli flakes

  1. Wash palak leaves.
  2. In a bowl add besan, red chilli powder, salt,haldi powder, ajwain, baking powder and add water and mix with hand to make a smooth batter.
  3. In a wok heat oil dip palak in besan and deep fry till golden.
  4. Arrange fried leaves on a serving plate
