- Prepare 10 spinach leaves
- You need 1 cup besan
- Take 1/2 tsp haldi
- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp ajwain
- Provide to taste Salt
- Get 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Get 1 tsp oil
- Take as required Oil for frying
- Get 1 cup cold thick whipped curd
- Get 2 tbsp sweet imli chutney
- Get 2 tbsp green chutney

Instructions to make Crispy Palak chaat :
- Wash palak leaves.
- In a bowl add besan, red chilli powder, salt,haldi powder, ajwain, baking powder and add water and mix with hand to make a smooth batter.
- In a wok heat oil dip palak in besan and deep fry till golden.
- Arrange fried leaves on a serving plate
