The ingredients needed to make chilli pickle :

  1. Take 200 grams green chillies
  2. Get 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
  3. Prepare 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  4. Prepare 1/2 tbsp salt
  5. Prepare Half cup mustard oil
  6. Prepare 1 tablespoon vinegar
  7. Take Half tbsp turmeric powdeR
  8. Take 6 tbsp lemon juice

Steps to make Chilli Pickle :

  1. Wash all the green chillies.
  2. Wipe with clean cloth.
  3. Cut all the chillies in 1 cm of size.
  4. Take a Big Bowl and put all green chillies in it.
  5. Now add all the ingredients except oil and lemon juice.
  6. Mix all the ingredients properly.
  7. Now fill it in the jar.
  8. Shake the jar for 2-3 times everyday.
  9. After 2 days.
  10. Heat the oil on a pan.
  11. Heat the oil till it's smoke vanishes.
  12. Let it cool.
  13. When it comes in room temperature, pour the oil in pickle jar.
  14. Shake it well and pour lemon juice.
  15. After one day or next day chilli pickle is ready to eat.
