- Take 1/4 of a medium sized onion cut length ways
- Get 1 tbls Olive oil
- You need 1/2 tsp rainbow peppers freshly cracked
- You need 1/4 tsp Black cracked pepper
- Take 1 tsp peppered sauce
- Provide Pepper sauce……….
- Provide 4 tbls white wine
- Take 6-8 whole black peppers
- Provide 1/2 tsp mixed Rainbow, Black pepper + Szechuan peppers
- Prepare 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Get 1/4 cup Double cream

- Add the oil and heat up then add onions fry for 1 minute. Then add the chicken breasts.
- Cook the chicken breast turning over or cut the breasts into a buttetfly cut to cook a little quicker.add a little lemon pepper.turn down and cook slow.
- Add the potatoes or veg now to cook. I am having homemade chips with mine.
- Add the wine to a small saucepan and let it boil on high for 1 minute. Then add all the peppers and the Dijon mustard. And the whole peppers also peppered sauce stir and simmer for 2 minutes then take off the heat let it cool then add back to the heat and pour in the cream stirring. Bring to the boil and turn off the heat.
- Stir in the peppered sauce. Take off the heat and add the cream. Stir in then add szechuan peppers.
- Chicken cooked add to a serving plates and the onion add the veg or chips then pour the sauce on both chickens.serve hot.
