- You need 500 gm chicken pieces
- Use 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- You need 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder

- Wash the chicken pieces. Put lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt. Mix it properly and marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a grinder take chilli,cumin seeds, clove, cardamom, black peppers,garlic,cinema, vinegar, salt and coriander leaf andngrindbit to make a fine paste.
- Pour this paste on marinated chicken mix it well and mahine marinate it for 3 to 4 hours.
- In a pan heat oil or butter. Put marinated chicken. Cook it from both sides for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add little water, adjust the salt and vinegar according to your taste. And let it cook on low flame until it become dry.
